Ordered a countertop and here is how it went: Go into the store and pick out a countertop, gave them measurements and got a quote. Someone came out to the house to measure properly and I paid half the cost up front at that point. A couple weeks later they have the countertop ready for installation and the day before installation ask for payment for the other half.As someone who works in finance I would have much preferred to have at least some service done etc. before paying 100% of the cost with no collateral but they did show up the next day as promised and installed the countertop.Overall very nice looking countertop, installation was quick, and clean (put drop sheets down for their boots) and were in and out in two hours. The finish quality is nice, and they did a good job at the seams where it meets the wall, and waterfall meets the floor.My only issue with install was they did not use the undermount hardware supplied with my sink so I will have to see how that pans out, since I am no engineer who knows how it will hold up. I should note that I believe the install is done by the countertop company and not kitchen depot directly, so if I have issues with that sink there will likely be finger pointing which could slow down a resolution.

This was all done through the covid Pandemic.They went out of their way to make sure that we were 100% happy with our kitchen.The quality of the cabinets and hardware is outstanding!What is especially worth mentioning is we were not charged for every little kick plate, joints, side skins etc. Which was in other quotes we received. The soft close feature on doors and drawers is standard in their cabinetry ....and their cabinetry is Solid wood Dove tail.The cost is better than comparable. quotes we received.. If you are hunting for a new kitchen .....Give Gary at Kitchen Depot a call....you won't be disappointedI have added the before pictures as well....

Kitchens Depot has an impressive range of kitchen cabinet, flooring and other kitchen renovation needs. Gary and staff are very knowledgeable and their years of experience shines through the entire process. From considering kitchen renovation, to kitchen design, to delivery and installation, Gary and staff were wonderful to work with. No pressure sales, friendly staff and a kitchen my wife and I are proud to enjoy every day. I would definitely recommend visiting Kitchens Depot before looking anywhere else.

The materials were not bad but took forever to get my island right. First they had a bad material. Then the workmanship was bad. Then they had to replace the edges which didn't work. Then they replaced all 3 side panels but still nail sticking out. The end corner edges never provided. In this 3 year of this work and rework (yes u read right it's 3 yr) they still could not give a touch up paint that matches my island. In between one door got bent which they thankfully changed. One star only for that. Wouldn't recommend anyone.

Scott was instrumental in the design process, and went the distance to ensure we were completely satisfied with the design and choice of colours before proceeding. He was extremely patient and demonstrated strong attention to detail, and a high degree of perfectionism from start to finish. Their installers were honest, friendly and competent. Our project was a pretty extensive reno of our master ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet and laundry room. The project was a complete gut, which included removing existing walls and adding new ones. Gary and his colleagues at Kitchens Depot helped us to design our vision using software that let us visualize our new space. They provided all of the bathroom cabinets, counters and sinks, but more importantly, they were also able to provide the laundry room and closet cabinets, counters and structures, so that it all works together. The product is very high-end (which is what we wanted), but still reasonably affordable. Installation was also provided, and performed by professional expert tradespeople who cared that our reno ended up looking beautiful; exactly as we planned. :-) - Pictures are attached.

We were looking to remodel our kitchen to make it larger and more functional. This involved removing a wall and moving a doorway in the current space. Working with Gary and Kevin at Kitchens Depot, they were able to share our vision and work with us to design our dream kitchen. Even through the complications of a provincial lockdown, Gary and Kevin kept our remodel going and and we love the end product. We highly recommend Kitchens Depot for any of your remodel plans.
